Registration

Below is the form to complete the registration process.

  1. Make sure all the required fields are completed
  2. Make sure to upload your roster, using only the excel format provided. If you don’t have access to the form please click this link to download the roster file.
  3. Make sure you upload a zip folder with all the player’s images, all images must be saved with the player’s name and DOB. Examples Johndoe-03-03-1920. Not sure how to compress a folder, simply add all images into one folder, right-click, and select compress or create a zip file.
  4. Make sure to select the method of payment. No registration will be process if payment is not received.
